Hello girls! After 6 hectic weeks of studying and exams, I’m finally back on track. You know the drill without any doubt! I hope your exam session went well and that you had a relaxing week off (do you guys agree that one week to recover is waaaay too little time?). Anyway, I passed all of my exams so I’m living on a pink cloud ever since I got the results! Last week, I went skiing with friends with Hoogtestage and I must say that this organisation excels above all others! Free drinks everywhere, fun people and great accomodation for more than a fair price: I highly recommend Hoogtestage for your next ski trip! This totally aside from the things I wanted to talk to you about, but I thought that I shouldn’t keep such a golden tip for myself ;).
All this time, I have been waiting impatiently to go shooting again. And trust me, it sure was a torture. I’m not really made to spend hours and hours behind a desk learning things by heart, certainly not weeks on a row. Nevertheless, I know that is the way I chose to live the next upcoming years of my life. Therefore it doesn’t scare me at all, because I know that the reward and satisfaction of my job will be worth all of the effort! No sooner said than done, I got out on the streets with my fellow blogger Matti to shoot this all black outfit. Main item is this black Calvin Klein Myra bag that I got to pick from Duifhuizen, a brand and webshop that I didn’t know before this collaboration. They pleasantly surprised me with their professionality and most of all: with the unprecedented speed of delivery. Once I passed on my order, I received my dream bag the day after. All in great state, and what I directly noticed was the good quality of the leather.
Winter’s still here but we can all feel Spring’s first breezes. The temperatures are slowly reaching nicer levels, so I dared to pull off a dress that day. Covered in fishnet tights, a long warm blazer and black overknees I was sufficiently protected against the remaining cold. I don’t wear black that often, and I’m sure you guys aren’t used to an outfit post like this of me. But I like to change in between styles to keep it fun for myself, as the quickly bored person that I am. I think I’m going to dress like this more often, since I really love this combo!
The new semester has begun since last week, and I’m taking my Calvin Klein bag everywhere. To class, coffee dates and friend gatherings in restaurants. Its special feature is that it’s compact but still can hold anything I want to grab with me. Some books, my iPhone 6S, a pencil case, a pair of gloves and ofcourse my wallet (which is kinda big). Everything fits perfectly! I’m sure that this is a bag I’m gonna carry around a lot, and apart from my Delvaux, it’s a thing I can’t say about any of my handbags. It’s a keeper because of it’s great quality, something that I’m looking for more and more these days.
I think this black beauty will show up soon again on the blog. I’ve already got an outfit in mind!
